PROGRESS SITE VISIT AT THE RIO HONDO COLLEGE RENO

Site visit to see the progress at the Rio Hondo College Music Wray Theatre Renovation. Our office crew was able to make it out and see the project for the first time.





This is our largest job yet, with a total job evaluation of $46.6 million. The theatre will have a completely reimagined performing arts center, with an addition of a new choir and band room. This reconstruction and expansion of the existing two-story 20,411 sq ft building, will transform this underutilized Performing Arts Center to a state-of-the-art facility.



Let's take a look at what will be



The guys are standing in what will be the main theatre. In the original building constructed in 1996 was completely gutted to maximize seating capacity by adding a balcony. While doing so it will also improve acoustics and sound.

The project will maximize the underutilized spaces to create several rooms that will increase building footprint by adding a choir room and band room. The photo above shows the progress of the band room.
